3 Part Program: Gathering, Implementing & Integrating

3 month (12 weekly sessions)
2 type of sessions to facilitate the ebb & flow of the process:

Tea Time -> Tee off the sessions & new process; action steps (flow - move forward)
Coffee Break -> Pause to take in, talk and assess session; reflection step (ebb - move inward)

Sessions are either: phone/video via skype, teleconference phone or face-to-face (offered in San Francisco, Ca).
Virtual Connections by accessing your own page full of weekly insights, individual session materials and recordings throughout the program.

Tea TIme: Picture Perfect - Tee off program; Getting acquainted; Star Quality (1st point - basic nature); What's in the Welcome Gift Box?; Starting Celebration; Picture Preparation of your home and face for the space & face analysis - working from the inside out.
Coffee Break: 3I's - I Ching, Intuitive reading for Insight; Star Quality (2nd Point - emotional self); Gathering pics for creative project; Journaling exercise; Clearing coaching.
Tea Time: T T Time - Timing & your natural flow; Treasure Mapping out your space; Star Quality (3rd point - personal energetic quality = life purpose & life lesson.
Coffee Break: Working Outside In - Intimacy with your Space - Intimacy with self; Star Quality (4th point - your dynamic self); Intuitive reading on presence & intimacy; Journaling exercise.
Tea TIme: Face Forward - Reading your Face, the 5th point to your Star Quality (The unique expression of you); Recommendations: Energizing your Space to make shifts.
Coffee Break: Putting Points Together - Star Quality Points review & reflection; Centering in the center session; Connecting to your intuition (doing your own intuitive reading for self-awareness and actualization). Journaling exercise.
Tea Time: Creative Connection - Creating the Vision = pooling pics and creating the vision from your feminine side & spirit essence. Connecting Passion & Purpose through creative connection.
Coffee Break: Insight & Vision - Gaining insight from the vision interpretation and creating a plan from purpose. Using the senses for presence. Journaling exercise
Tea Time: Art Movement - Dancing & painting to connect to your creative force and spark your unique essence through design; Unique essence statement and artwork (free flowing art - no experience necessary)
Coffee Break: Interpret time - Interpreting your art form as a representation of your unique essence design. Putting it all together; reflection. Review the shifts and changes; Journaling exercise.
Tea TIme: Radiating your Star Quality - Self - Care, Self Worth = Valuing you
Coffee Break: Celebration & Completion - celebrate you; coming to a close; next steps
